Small Group Communications Final Project
This paper was conducted for my Small Group Communications course. The assignment required us to team up with four other classmates in order to brainstorm and produce ideas in order to create a communications plan for the Yorktown JAA. Within this assignment, 1-2 communication strategies and channels were implemented in order to produce an updated and improved marketing and communications plan for Yorktown JAA.
The NACE Competency used in this paper is communication and teamwork. This assignment required an in-depth analysis of an organization that had to be communicated to my audience effectively. I had to use communication skills to promptly describe the scenarios provided. I also had to work well with others in order to produce a final product.

Organizational Communications Training Manual
This project was produced for my Organizational Communication course. For this course we were required to create a training manual for a local business. For this training manual, we conducted interviews with the client, researched and collected data on the area's demographics and target market, and produced an official plan and training manual for the client.
